DIRECTIONS: Apply a liberal amount to a cotton pad. Gently sweep the cotton pad across the closed eye area without any pressure. Wait a few seconds and allow the formula to dissolve your makeup, then softly wipe downward. Repeat if needed. Follow by cleansing, toning, and moisturizing your skin.
