As a bath oil: add about one tablespoon of oil to warm bath water.
As a body oil: apply the oil liberally to any part of the body, face or hands as often as you need to throughout the day

Opoponax Oil – Help fight infection and relieve sore muscles and joints. For many centuries, Opoponax Essential Oil has been used in perfumery and for treating wounds and clearing respiratory congestion.
Commiphora Myrrha Oil – Myrrh Essential Oil facilitates the fading of unwanted blemishes on the skin, soothes itchiness, and reduces symptoms of eczema among other skin ailments.
